General Hand with Forklift License

Day shift: 6am- 2pm Rate: $32

Location: Erskine Park

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused General Hand / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves forklift operation, stock movement, loading and unloading trucks, order picking, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced logistics environment. Similar warehouse roles in Erskine Park require a combination of forklift operation, manual handling, RF scanning, and general warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Move stock to and from warehouse racking locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Perform RF scanning and inventory transactions.
• Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report any faults.
• Assist with pallet wrapping, labelling, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
• Perform general warehouse and labouring duties as required.

Skills & Experience

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Previous high reach and/or counterbalance forklift experience.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• RF scanning and warehouse management system experience preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and lift products safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks when required.
